Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-29
These Terms of Service govern your use of the String11 service operated under the LolyBuy brand at lolybuy.com.
1) Operator and Service Scope
String11, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the operator of the LolyBuy service at lolybuy.com. The lolybuy.com website is the operational platform through which users access the Transak on-ramp integration described in these Terms.
Contact channels for String11, LLC use the string11.com domain (for example support@string11.com; see Contact below). The consumer website at https://lolybuy.com is where users access the LolyBuy interface and Transak on-ramp integration. String11, LLC operates https://lolybuy.com and the string11.com contact addresses.
String11 (through the LolyBuy interface) provides a non-custodial web interface that enables users to purchase digital assets through third-party on-ramp providers and receive them directly into user-controlled wallets.
String11 is an interface/facilitator only. String11 is not a broker, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, or payment processor in this flow.
2) Non-Custodial and Third-Party Processing
String11 does not hold, custody, or control your funds, crypto assets, or private keys.
Fiat-to-crypto transaction and payment handling are performed by Transak as a third-party provider. KYC/AML checks in the on-ramp flow are performed by Transak.
Digital assets are delivered directly to user-controlled wallet addresses.
2a) Other third-party services
In addition to Transak (on-ramp payments and KYC/AML in the purchase flow), the interface relies on:
- Magic Labs for email-based authentication, session functionality, and the embedded wallet used as the in-app wallet for on-ramp receipt and wallet views.
- Alchemy for blockchain data APIs used in wallet transfer and activity views.
- Wagmi (with public EVM RPC endpoints) for client-side chain reads used in wallet balance display, with cookie-based persistence where configured for SSR.
- CoinGecko for market-price data displayed in portfolio-related views.
- Resend (when enabled) for delivery of String11 transactional buy-flow lifecycle emails.
- Application database hosting (for example Supabase Postgres when configured) for durable purchase-order and email-job records.
- Upstash Redis (when configured) for distributed API rate limiting.
- Sumsub (optional; when configured) for minting short-lived KYC share tokens passed to Transak KYC Reliance.
- Vercel (or equivalent) for hosting, HTTPS delivery, and infrastructure operations.
- String11 transactional notifications for buy-flow lifecycle status updates (for example, payment pending, processing, completed, failed, expired, refunded), which complement provider communications and do not replace provider settlement records.
String11 does not control these providers’ systems, policies, or acceptance decisions.

3) User Eligibility and Obligations
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
You must not use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise subject to sanctions or legal restrictions that prohibit use of the service.
You must not use the interface for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable third-party provider rules, including Transak’s Acceptable Use Policy.
You must provide accurate information to third-party providers and you are responsible for destination wallet accuracy and wallet security.
4) Jurisdiction and Sanctions Restrictions
Service availability is subject to jurisdictional restrictions and third-party provider availability, including Transak-supported jurisdictions.
Transak global coverage: Transak publishes global country and payment coverage for its platform. Transak's global coverage does not expand the jurisdictions where String11 offers or targets the LolyBuy service. Fiat or payment options shown because Transak supports them do not mean we offer or market the service in every country where Transak operates. See the Jurisdiction and sanctions page.
Restricted jurisdictions include OFAC-sanctioned countries and regions, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions.
Target markets: We currently focus on users in the United States and Israel. European jurisdictions are not geo-blocked at the application layer; EU/EEA privacy and cookie rules apply where relevant. See the Jurisdiction and sanctions page.
United Kingdom: We do not target or operate in the United Kingdom at this time. Transak-supported fiat options (including GBP) may appear in checkout without constituting UK market targeting. The service does not offer promotions, incentives, or referral bonuses at launch. If UK operations or promotions are introduced later, jurisdiction-specific restrictions (including UK financial promotion requirements) will apply before launch.
5) No Advice
String11 does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
6) Refunds, Chargebacks, and Transaction Handling
Where applicable, transaction disputes, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks are handled under third-party provider terms and policies, including Transak terms and policies. You should review Transak’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Refunds and transaction handling page summarizes how this interface relates to provider-led payment flows.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, String11, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising from or related to use of the service, third-party provider actions/decisions, network failures, or user errors (including destination-address errors).
8) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless String11, LLC and its officers, members, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
9) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with venue in Delaware, United States.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class action.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time with notice through our website and/or service interfaces. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11) Acceptance by Use
By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. There is no separate checkout checkbox in the app: continued use of the site and purchase flow (including the embedded provider checkout) constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms and Privacy Policy as described in Section 10.
