2) Target Markets

String11, LLC currently focuses on users in the United States and Israel, subject to Transak-supported payment methods and provider compliance.

Europe: The service is accessible in European jurisdictions where Transak and applicable law allow. We do not geo-block European access at the application layer. EU/EEA privacy and cookie requirements apply to users in those regions.

United Kingdom: We do not target or operate in the United Kingdom at this time. Some Transak-supported fiat options (for example GBP) may appear in the interface for provider-supported checkout flows; that does not mean we are offering or marketing the service to UK residents. If we begin UK operations, we will update this page and our Terms before doing so.

3) Availability Model

Transak publishes broad global country, fiat, and payment-method coverage for its platform. Transak's global coverage does not expand the jurisdictions where String11 offers or targets the LolyBuy service. Fiat currencies or payment methods that appear in the interface because Transak supports them do not mean we offer or market the service in every country where Transak operates.

String11 availability is defined by our Terms of Service, this page, our Transak Partner Hub configuration, and applicable law—not by Transak's public global coverage list alone.

Availability may also depend on Transak-supported jurisdictions and other provider or legal restrictions. Users in restricted jurisdictions may not use the service regardless of Transak marketing materials.

4) Restricted Jurisdictions

Users in sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions may not use the service. This includes OFAC-sanctioned countries and regions, including but not limited to:

Iran
North Korea
Syria
Cuba
Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions

5) User Legal Compliance Obligation

Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them.

6) Screening

Identity verification, sanctions screening, and politically exposed person (PEP) screening for on-ramp purchases are performed by Transak under its KYC/AML program when you use the on-ramp flow. Magic Labs provides authentication and embedded-wallet session functions only; Magic does not perform purchase KYC/AML, sanctions, or PEP screening for on-ramp transactions. String11 does not independently operate a sanctions or PEP screening program beyond provider tooling.

7) Sanctions and Prohibited Use

Use by sanctioned parties, blocked persons, or for prohibited purposes is not allowed.

8) United Kingdom Note

We do not target or operate in the United Kingdom at this time. No promotions, incentives, or referral bonuses are offered at launch. If UK operations or promotions are introduced in the future, jurisdiction-specific restrictions (including UK financial promotion constraints) will be applied and documented before launch.
