2) Why Cookies/Storage Are Used
Current implementation includes cookie-based storage for wallet connection infrastructure and essential provider/session cookies needed for login, security, and service operation. Third-party on-ramp and authentication providers may set their own cookies when you use their embedded flows.
We do not use marketing or advertising tracking pixels in the application.

Cookies and storage used for authentication/session continuity, wallet display, checkout handoff, security, and service delivery are treated as essential for operating the non-custodial interface. We present an information banner so you can review this notice; we do not use a full consent management platform because we do not deploy non-essential marketing or analytics cookies in the first-party application.
5) Third-Party Context
Third-party services integrated into the product may set or rely on their own cookies/storage under their own policies, including:
- Magic Labs (authentication context)
- Wagmi (cookie-based persistence for SSR and on-chain read queries used in wallet views; no WalletConnect/Reown AppKit product flows)
- Transak (on-ramp widget/service context)
