Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 2026-05-29
This Risk Disclosure summarizes key risks of using the LolyBuy service operated by String11, LLC.
1) Operator
Operated by String11, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
String11, LLC 8 The Green STE A Dover, DE 19901, United States
Contact: legal@string11.com
2) Volatility Risk
Digital asset prices can be highly volatile and may change rapidly before, during, or after an order.
3) Irreversibility Risk
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once completed on-chain, transactions usually cannot be canceled or reversed.
4) Wallet Security and Destination Responsibility
You are responsible for wallet security and destination-address accuracy. If funds are sent to an incorrect or inaccessible address, recovery may be impossible.
The product supports multiple ledger types (for example Ethereum/EVM, Solana, and Bitcoin addresses from your Magic wallet). Each network has different address formats and confirmation rules. Sending to an address on the wrong network can result in permanent loss.
5) Outbound Send Risk
When wallet Send features are available, you initiate on-chain transfers from your user-controlled wallet. Outbound sends are irreversible, may incur variable network fees, and depend on chain congestion and RPC availability. You are solely responsible for recipient address accuracy and applicable network selection. See also the Terms of Service limitation of liability.
6) Third-Party Dependency Risk
The service depends on third-party providers and infrastructure, including Transak, Magic Labs, Alchemy, CoinGecko, public blockchain RPC endpoints used for read-only wallet views, and underlying blockchain networks. Availability, approvals, pricing/quote accuracy, and execution outcomes may depend on these providers and are outside String11 direct control.
Transak coverage vs. operator availability: Transak may display payment methods or jurisdictions in the checkout widget that reflect Transak's global platform coverage. That does not expand where String11 offers or targets the LolyBuy service. See Jurisdiction and sanctions.
Price display: Portfolio and UI prices that rely on CoinGecko (or similar feeds) may be delayed, incomplete, or differ from execution prices in the on-ramp widget. The wallet interface may label prices as stale when live feeds are unavailable; stale or estimated values are not guarantees and should not be relied on for trading or tax decisions.
Wallet views: Read-only chain queries and portfolio display depend on third-party infrastructure (including RPC availability and indexer/API behavior). Outages or policy changes can limit or delay display accuracy.
7) Delays, Failures, and Restrictions
Orders and transfers may be delayed, restricted, or rejected due to provider compliance checks, network congestion/outages, sanctions/jurisdiction restrictions, or other operational constraints.
8) Sanctions and Geo-Reliance Residual Risk
String11 does not operate a separate application-layer geo-block for every OFAC-restricted jurisdiction. Service availability and sanctions screening rely in part on user compliance obligations, contractual prohibitions, and third-party provider gating (including Transak). Residual risk remains that prohibited users or jurisdictions may attempt access until blocked by providers or enforcement action.
9) Price, Fee, and Execution Variability
Quoted prices, fees, and execution terms may change based on market conditions, provider logic, payment method, and jurisdiction.
10) Role Boundary Reminder
LolyBuy is a non-custodial interface and does not hold or control user funds. Fiat-to-crypto transaction handling and related compliance checks are performed by third-party providers in the on-ramp flow.
11) Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Risk Disclosure from time to time with notice through our website and/or service interfaces. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosure.
